The BNC of ICOMOS, according to its commitment, coordinated the activity of the working group for the preparation of the draft for the final document of the Forum. The group consisted of representatives of UNESCO, the CE, the EC, ICOMOS and was chaired by Prof. Todor Krestev (then president of ICOMOS Bulgaria, at present – Honorary President of ICOMOS Bulgaria). Two meetings of the working group were held, followed by correspondence with the group members with a view of coordinating the many versions of the draft document; a forum on the net was launched for the holding of discussions; a multi media presentation and exhibition on the theme of the forum are being prepared at present, which were already presented within the programme of the forum and were positively assessed by all the participants.
